To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.  We file your insurance as a courtesy.  Our responsibility is to take care of your teeth to the best of our abilities and aid you in any way possible in receiving insurance benefits from your carrier.  Our contract is with you not your insurance carrier.  As hard as we try, we have no control over your coverage with your insurance carrier.  If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff.
